Floyd Garland Biggs, Jr., 80, of Keota, OK, passed away June 27, 2009 in Ft. Smith. AR. He was born February 28, 1929 in Bengal, OK, to Floyd Garland Sr. and Effie (MeGee) Biggs. Floyd married Inez Kinsworthy on April 19, 1954, in Poteau, OK. He was a retired rancher, a veteran of the U.S. Army, a member of the American Legion Post, McAlester, OK and of Baptist faith

He is preceded in death by his parents; two bothers Franklin Biggs and Dale Biggs; two sisters, Esther Fishtorn and Sudie Mae Cobb.
He is survived by his wife Inez of the home; two brothers and sister-in-laws, Vernon and Ruth Biggs of Stigler, OK and Buddy and Beverly Biggs of South Carolina; as well as numerous other friends, family members and loved ones.
Pallbearers will be Aaron Nelson, Kirk Nelson, Garland Nelson, Michael Greb, Dustin Kinsworthy, John Ary and Reed McKenzie.
Funeral service will be at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, June 30, 2009, at the Bengal Community Center (Old School House) in Bengal, OK, with Bro. Keith Williams officiating.
